The Challenge
This residential property required a practical deep clean and reconfiguration to improve day-to-day safety and accessibility.
Key living areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and lounge, required cleaning, while the existing bedroom upstairs was no longer suitable. The brief was to create a usable sleeping space on the ground floor, improve hygiene throughout the home, and remove waste and spoiled food.

Rooms showed signs of poor hygiene, clutter, and general neglect. The fridge required emptying, and the upstairs bedroom was no longer practical for safe use.
The Process
Our team carried out a structured and efficient property clean, focused on safety, hygiene, and usability.
The kitchen, bathroom, dining room, lounge, and utility room were thoroughly cleaned. The fridge was cleared and sanitised, rubbish was removed from the bedroom, and the bed was safely relocated from upstairs to the lounge to create a ground-floor sleeping area.
Specialist disinfectants and HEPA-filtered equipment were used throughout. PPE was worn at all times, and waste was handled in line with regulations. Additional bedding was provided to improve comfort on completion.
The Result
The improvement was immediate.
The property was left clean, hygienic, and more functional, with a usable bedroom space now available on the ground floor. The kitchen and bathroom were restored to safe, usable condition, and overall living standards were improved to support ongoing care needs.
