The Challenge
This residential property was affected by severe hoarding, with all main rooms assessed at the highest clutter level. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and lounge were heavily obstructed by possessions, waste, and accumulated items, making the property unsafe and largely unusable.
The kitchen and bathroom could not be used, the bedroom contained only a mattress on the floor, and the lounge was filled with collectables, books, and general clutter. Strong urine and bodily odours were present throughout, alongside significant trip hazards and unresolved maintenance issues.
The property presented immediate health, hygiene, and fire risks, requiring urgent specialist intervention.

The Process

The Result

The bathroom was fully cleared, the kitchen restored to usable condition, and the bedroom made functional with a proper bed in place. The lounge was cleared and organised, stairs were made safe for access, and overall hygiene and safety levels were dramatically improved.
