How quickly can you attend?
We understand the urgency of these situations and aim to respond as quickly as possible across our service area. For emergencies, call us any time — day or night.
Is your work confidential?
Absolutely. We appreciate the sensitive nature of the work we do and carry out every job with complete discretion, including attending in unmarked vehicles where appropriate.
Will everything have to be removed?
No. Every property is assessed individually. Where personal possessions are unaffected and safe to keep, we always aim to preserve them wherever possible.
Do you only clean homes?
No. We also attend care settings, hotels, commercial premises, supported accommodation, rental properties and public buildings.
Do you work with councils and housing providers?
Yes. We work closely with local authorities, housing associations, social services, the NHS, care providers, letting agents and funeral directors, as well as private families.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes. We are fully insured, CPD-accredited and members of the Buy With Confidence scheme, approved by Trading Standards.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Essex, East London, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk from our office in Chelmsford, and can discuss neighbouring areas on request.
